1 Percent Hoops LLC, 1percentathletes.com and all subsidiaries or affiliated brands (hereinafter referred to as "1 Percent Athletes", "1percentathletes.com", "We", "Us" or "Our") stand behind all of our products and your satisfaction is very important to us. All purchases made from us (including all related website properties, sales over the phone, and live event on-site purchases) are covered by the following policies.

General

Usage of Offers/Coupons. Offers and coupons cannot be combined unless explicitly mentioned otherwise. Each coupon is valid only during the specified promotional period as advertised. Prices may be subject to change without prior notice. Please note that gift cards are non-refundable.

Privacy Policy

Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your visit to our website and any purchases made on our website.

No Guarantee of Results

No Guarantees or Legal Advice. Please be aware that we do not provide any guarantee of results or offer legal advice. Athletes and any investment made inherently involve risks and require significant effort. We strongly advise consulting with your own professionals, such as legal or financial advisors, before making any investment decisions. Testimonials showcasing our success or the success of our athletes should not be considered as common, typical, or expected outcomes. It is important to understand that achieving your goals in any investment requires education, determination, and diligence.

All online purchases

Non-Refundable Products. You acknowledge and agree that all online products, courses, subscriptions, merchandise, or books are non-refundable. It is understood that all dues and/or fees are non-refundable, except when explicitly specified in this Agreement. You also acknowledge that these fees are earned in full upon payment.

Live Event Ticket Policy

Live event tickets purchased through 1 Percent Athletes are nonrefundable unless specified otherwise. To enter any live event, you must have a valid ticket, and each athlete requires one ticket that will only be valid for the day(s) and area(s) of the event indicated on the ticket. During the event, you must be able to provide valid identification if requested by security or crew members. Failure to show valid identification may result in prompt ejection from the event, and you will not receive a refund for your ticket.

Acceptable forms of identification include government-issued passports with photos, government driver's licenses with photos (U.S. or Canada), military identification cards with photos, or government-issued identification cards with photos. No other forms of identification will be allowed. If you are unable to attend an event, you may request a 100% credit or transfer to a future live event under certain conditions. However, tickets purchased as part of an agreement or promotional gift item are not eligible for store credits.

Requests for credit or transfer must be made in writing at least 10 days prior to the event and emailed to getrecruited@1percentathletes.com. Processing fees on ticket purchases are non-refundable and not eligible for store credit. Requests made less than 10 days before the event will be denied.

In accordance with all federal and state laws, we reserve the right to refund tickets, deny access or refuse entry to any live event if it is in the best interest of public safety, speakers, employees, and/or participants.

Any ticket received as part of a 1 Percent Athletes, 1percentathletes.com, or any 1 Percent Athletes affiliate purchase is nonrefundable and must be used within the allotted timeframe in the contract. Once you have redeemed the ticket or reserved your seat for the event, it cannot be canceled or changed to any other event at a future date. It cannot be exchanged for any item and is not eligible for store credit. All tickets are non-transferable unless notified by Customer Service.

At the event, ticket holders may have to show state or federal identification or a passport that matches the name on the ticket. We cannot provide Invitation Letters or immigration documentation. We advise international purchasers to obtain a travel visa before purchasing live event tickets. If you live in a country that prohibits travel to the United States, we are unable to assist with documentation.

All live event tickets are nonrefundable and only available for a store credit under certain programs. If the event ticket came with a hotel room, please note that all hotel accommodations are subject to availability, and if the hotel in the offer does not have availability at the time of booking, a similar hotel will be chosen based on proximity to the event, availability, and similarity of amenities. If any live events are postponed due to temporary supervening events such as Acts of God, government requests, changes of law, riots, and war, tickets purchased for the postponed events will be rolled over to the next available date. If the event cannot be rescheduled within 180 days, the purchaser will receive a store credit in the amount of the original purchase.

Payment Related Terms

Notice Waiver. You agree to waive the right to receive written notice regarding any increases in charges for additional products and services purchased from 1 Percent Athletes or for any dues and fees collected by 1 Percent Athletes through transactions, including the resubmission of declined or returned transactions during or after the termination of your 1 Percent Athletes Membership.

Processing of Dues and Fees. 1 Percent Athletes reserves the right to process dues and fees together in a single transaction if they are due and payable.

Independent of Usage. The obligation to pay dues and fees is not dependent on your usage, availability of, or access to the Services, even if access is limited or restricted as described in this agreement. Your non-access or non-use of the Services does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid dues and fees.

Payment by Third Party.

If 1 Percent Athletes accepts payment for your financial obligations from a third party, such as a parent, guardian, employer, or insurer, it does not relieve you of your responsibility for these financial obligations. In the event that the third party stops making payments, you understand that you are still liable for the full amount, including any payment-related fees.

Unpaid Dues and Fees. In the event of suspension or delinquency leading to the termination of your 1 Percent Athletes Membership due to nonpayment, you acknowledge that your obligations and responsibilities under this agreement and your membership remain in effect. You are still responsible for paying all dues, fees, and other financial obligations to 1 Percent Athletes. Furthermore, if you fail to make timely payments, you will be responsible for all collection costs incurred by 1 Percent Athletes, including attorney fees.

Membership Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your membership with 1 Percent Athletes (this does not apply to any payments plans meant to cover a 1 time investment, only for a membership plan.), please note that we require a phone call for cancellation confirmation. Cancellation requests made via email or text will not be accepted. To initiate the cancellation process, please contact us at 404-291-9809 and speak directly with one of our representatives.

By contacting us via phone, we can confirm your identity, address any concerns or questions you may have, and ensure that your cancellation request is handled promptly and accurately. We are committed to providing you with exceptional customer service throughout the cancellation process.

Payment and Subscription Terms:

By becoming a member of 1 Percent Athletes, you agree to pay the applicable fees according to the selected membership plan. These fees will be clearly communicated during the sign-up process, and you will be charged accordingly. Please note that membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

It is important to understand that your membership is subscription-based and will automatically renew based on the selected billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually). By providing your payment details, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method for the renewal period. Should you wish to discontinue your membership, it is your responsibility to cancel before the next billing cycle begins.

Special Promotions

The 1 Percent Athletes may, at its sole discretion, occasionally offer special promotions or discounts related to 1 Percent Athletes Memberships. However, these promotions will not automatically apply to your membership or these terms unless they are specifically made available to you or one of your members. If you are eligible for a promotion, the specific details and terms will be provided in the materials that describe the offer or during the registration process. Please keep in mind that promotions offering free trials are limited to one per household. If you receive a promotional offer that grants you a free trial without requiring a paid 1 Percent Athletes Membership, your access to the Services will automatically expire at the end of the free trial period without any additional notice or obligations. If your promotional offer includes a free trial in combination with a paid membership, your membership dues billing date will be scheduled upon the expiration of the applicable trial period. At that point, we (or our coach) will initiate recurring billing on your chosen monthly payment method, in accordance with these terms. It is important to note that if the terms of your promotional offer expressly allow you to cancel your 1 Percent Athletes Membership before the end of your trial period, you must cancel your membership in a timely manner before the trial period expires. Failure to do so will result in being charged for the 1 Percent Athletes Membership starting from your next billing date. Instructions for canceling your membership can be found below. Please be aware that you will not receive a notice from us indicating the end of your trial or the commencement of the paid portion of your 1 Percent Athletes Membership. Additionally, we reserve the right to modify or terminate trials at any time, at our sole discretion and without any prior notice.

Payment Plans

If a product or service is purchased utilizing a monthly payment plan the customer is responsible for 100% of agreed-upon payments equaling the original purchase price of the product. If any payments are not received, the entire purchase is void and the payments made up to that point are forfeited to and will not be refunded. Access to any digital product or platform will be removed.

Digital Download Products & Digital Video Training Access

Refunds are not available for any digital products. Your purchase grants you access to the online training platform for the specified duration as mentioned in the product description. If you encounter any difficulties accessing the digital content you have purchased, please reach out to our Customer Support at 1-404-291-9809 between 8 AM and 5 PM CST, Monday through Friday. We will promptly address and resolve any issues you may have. Please note that purchasing a training module from 1 Percent Athletes does not give you permission to share, reproduce, or resell the product in any manner.

Promotions

While promotion to college coaches is included as part of our packages, it is important to understand that the extent and duration of promotions are solely at the discretion of 1 Percent Athletes. Any lack of promotion, whether in terms of frequency, duration, or method, does not entitle the customer to any refund or legal action.

Please be aware that the customer's payment grants them access to our platform, but it does not guarantee a specific length or amount of promotion. The specifics of promotion-related activities are not explicitly outlined in our terms of service and are at the full discretion of 1 Percent Athletes.

Twitter Campaign (Now Known As "X")

Within our package, we include the promotion of athletes through our Twitter campaign (now known as "X"). However, it is essential to understand that the execution and duration of this campaign are solely at the discretion of 1 Percent Athletes. The length of the Twitter campaign, now known as "X," will be determined solely by 1 Percent Athletes. Once a post is made or content is reposted by 1 Percent Athletes for the athlete or any platform used to promote them, the Twitter campaign (now known as "X") is considered officially provided.

In our terms, a Twitter campaign (now known as "X") is defined as any post from 1 Percent Athletes or repost of their content from our Twitter profile (now known as "X Profile"), or any page that promotes the respective athlete.

Please note that despite the number of posts or reposts we conduct for an athlete or any page promoting them, the Twitter campaign (now known as "X") will be considered complete once the aforementioned conditions are met.

Promotion to College Coaches

Promoting athletes to college coaches includes any posts, emails, promotions, texts, or reposting of the athlete's highlights. It is important to note that promotion to college coaches is not guaranteed as a part of our package. While it is a component of our services, we reserve the right to withhold promotion at our sole discretion if we determine that it may not be beneficial for the athlete or align with our brand image. It is also required that you fill out the promotion form correctly within your members area for promotion to begin. If any information is incorrect, we will not promote the athlete.

When you make a purchase of an item, product, or event from this website, you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined in this Policy, along with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. It is essential to comprehend and agree to these Policies before proceeding with any transactions or purchases. If you do not agree to these Policies, please refrain from purchasing anything or engaging in any transactions with us.

We retain the right, at our sole discretion, to amend or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. However, the date of any significant changes will be indicated at the top of this page.
